HAVE YOUR SAY ON PLANS FOR LAND WEST OF WINDSOR
With more and more people wanting to come to live and work in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Windsor is growing, and the Council is helping to meet that need by allocating suitable sites for homes in its emerging local plan for the next decade.

Wates Developments specialises in land, planning and residential development throughout southern England and we hold an interest in a c. 20-hectare site west of Windsor. We believe that this site could support Windsor to deliver 450 much needed homes alongside community infrastructure including a Special Educational Needs school.

This site has been identified as suitable for allocation in the emerging local plan and we are committed to working with the local community, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and local businesses early to understand the priorities and concerns around the site and to use best-practice in the development of our plans.

Earlier this year, we formed a working group to discuss design principles and understand some of the local issues to be considered in collaboration with local community representatives. You can find information shared and details of conversations that have taken place with the working group by clicking here.
